I finally had the opportunity recently to go and experience the "Nightscape" event at Longwood Gardens. Nightscape takes place at night and is set up to be a dream-like experience in a garden. The displays were active colors, meaning they were constantly changing and morphing. Some displays were even set and synced to music which was really awesome. Highlights were the Conservatory, the Topiary Garden and the Lake. Its a great experience for adults and kids as well. The only downside was the crowd in the Conservatory. We were packed in like sardines. Perhaps staggering the groups would help. It was so crowded you almost couldn't move through the tight passageways and there was a lot of stumbling in the dark as a result. I didn't have the best camera with me, but I managed to fire off a few good shots I liked.
